ORIENTATION SCHEDULE - Thursday, August 13, 2009

PK3 - 5th grade orientation for parents only will be held in the morning only on August 13, 2009 from 9:00a.m.-1:30 p.m. (consult the schedule for the exact time to attend). The scheduled times for each grade is for that class only. Information from school personnel will be grade specific. Orientation is mandatory for each parent so that we can communicate important policies and information about the upcoming school year in a face to face setting. We are asking that both parents/guardians attend orientation.
The time frames are as follows:
PK-3 Parents : 9:00-9:45am - Classroom
PK-4 Parents : 9:30-10:15am - Classroom
Kindergarten Parents : 10:00-10:45am - Classroom
1st Grade Parents : 10:30-11:15am - Classroom
2nd Grade Parents : 11:00-11:45am - Classroom
3rd Grade Parents : 11:30-12:15am - Classroom
4th Grade Parents : 12:00-12:45pm - Classroom
5th Grade Parents : 12:30-1:15pm - Classroom
After the classroom sessions, all parents should report to the gym to pay various fees, check on bus schedules, purchase used uniforms/Chapel shirts, pick-up ordered uniforms, purchase Bibles, and join the PTL. Parents may come to the school office during the week of August 10th to pay various fees. This may help parents to avoid longer lines orientation day. However, parents must still attend the scheduled sessions on August 13th.
